In plain language: there were already meaningful buy and sell orders sitting close to the market price, making it easier for traders to enter and exit without moving the market too much. My personal perps trading rules: 1. If I take a screenshot of profits/start to feel proud, I start to sell 2. Don’t sell or buy into a position all at once, space it out so I can increase my margin for error and not result in seller/buyer remorse 3. If the goal is to make money, react slowly. If the goal is to protect money, react quickly —> doing this reduces FOMO or becoming a bagholder Obeying all 3 rules means it’s quite hard to lose money, unless you somehow went with all these parameters and still lose, either you dk how valuations work or overleveraged or gambling (could be all 3)
