The XRP network handled a big wave of transactions today, fees are cents and consistent 3-4 sec settlement time. This is financial infrastructure that scales. Sustained over 140 TPS and blocks with up to 987 transactions! Here's how the XRP DEX was at the center of it: > You see below the XRP/RLUSD pair on the DEX. Basically all activity comes from this pair and bots working with it. What are they doing? - You have bots that flood the orderbook with offers on both side, buy/sell, market makers. They create constantly offers and by using the same OfferSequence to cancel the previous ones and adjust for pricing. - Ghost Wall: they use a spoofing botnet as well to trick others liquidity depth exists, with offers that have no liquidity behind them, to buy tokens for cheaper if people don't account for that (slippage) or arb bots to fire into the void. This leads to the next one. - High transaction failure is intended, thats what the ghost wall is looking to do. Cross currency payments fail because the path is dry - duhh - because its spoofed ghost orders without liquidity. Thats 90% reason for all tx failures. They fail by design, it's exactly how the network tells you it will handle such cases and the XRPL enforced always this behavior with barely funded offers.

I just had another thought. I’ve been very bullish on Taurus season (Apr 20 > May 20) because historically XRP tends to enter a euphoric phase around this window,and the charts are lining up again. Then it hit me… 4/20. A number heavily linked with Elon Musk and also connected to the Keith Gill lore (the famous artwork timestamped 4:20). Maybe coincidence. But still interesting timing. Are we going to see big buys around 4/20? I hope so 🤞🏽
