A major milestone for XRPL. The Permissioned DEX is now live, allowing regulated participants to access on-ledger liquidity while the open DEX continues to operate as it always has. By building policy controls directly into the protocol, the XRPL can support regulated liquidity without fragmenting markets or isolating capital. At Ripple, we plan to utilize this capability to route asset conversion within payment and treasury workflows through permissioned order books where verified liquidity providers participate.
