@marclou the 0→1 pull is real but it’s also how you end up with 12 half-built things and no distribution for any of them. the boring part of 1→100 is where the actual money is.

I can't focus 100% on a single startup. It's been a few months working on TrustMRR, and I feel a strong urge to try other things. 0 → 1 makes me more excited than 1 → 100

v1 will connect builders with human or AI-driven creators who can promote your service on TikTok/reels/X (no more cold DM-ing 100s of creators, managing various payout schemes etc…) crucially it supports pay-per-view comp models (only pay when content goes viral) v2 will also enable builders to generate their own AI content (and track performance) based on the campaign brief ultimately it will be flexible enough to support both. a lot of builders I spoke to don’t have the time/skills to develop their own UGC.

Hey, I'm Louis. A 24yo guy who made $1M with one App: GlowUp. And now, I accidentally coded an entire app in one afternoon: I know nothing about makeup. Can't tell the difference between concealer and foundation. Couldn't name a single brand if you asked me. But I saw girls in TikTok comments begging for an app that showed them how a look would actually appear on their face. So I built it in 2 weeks. 2M+ downloads. Everyone says "build sth you're passionate about." I wasn't passionate about makeup. I was passionate about solving a problem that wasn't properly solved yet. = GlowUp was born. Passion for the craft, not the niche. Those are two very different things. And that gap is getting even smaller now. I was playing around with @blackboxai's multi-agent feature last week - where Claude, Codex, and Blackbox's own model all work on the same task and 10X your shipping speed. It was 1pm, last Friday. Started with a simple prompt. Wanted to test what the hype is all about. But accidentally ended up with a fully working app by the end of the same afternoon. The 2 weeks it took me to build GlowUp? Yeah, that timeline is dead lol. The only thing that still takes time is seeing the problem nobody else is solving. Go test it yourself. Maybe you accidentally end up with a 6-figure app.
