@PagesUnbound @SouffleLumiere I agree. And the sense of competition that comes with the other apps turns me off. I want to be social not popular.

@SouffleLumiere I have been continuously baffled by people suggesting other social media sites are alternatives. There is a huge amount of difference between taking 10 seconds to tweet something and taking half a century to film a reel or take a picture and then write a lengthy caption.

This might be an unpopular op, but Twitter takes the least amount of effort compared to YT, IG, and even FB.
Writers don’t need to make reels, fancy graphics, or figure out new visual features. You can literally just tweet, comment, and voila! You’re connected.

@imyril I have a book called Robot Haiku. It's hilarious. If you aren't looking for a laugh to go along with your poems, I highly suggest looking up your states Poet Laureate. That's a great place to start. I greatly enjoy my William Stafford collection.
