@YorubaCowboy @upisdownifisay @muke10101 def not easy yeah, but doing the amount of lifting and training i do would be impossible or very difficult for me to do without the support I get, I am very lucky, and I do think my physique/strength/training is a lot better then the average person, in part due to this "luck"

if you're talking about living a good life absolutely, going to a family party and breaking diet is fine, so is skipping the gym to watch your cousins
but it isn't the topic at hand
