@fusreedah @Rothmus The entire thing. The suggestion is that they castrated all their slaves (they didn't) and that's why there isn't a large African population in the middle east (there are millions of so-called 'afro-arabs')

@AlfredAlfer77 Not really. AI, being within the realm of human capabilities, does not give rise to the Übermensch in any meaningful way. The Übermensch transcends the mediocrity of society through his will alone. The 'last man' is sustained by the egalitarian technocracy that keeps him alive.

AI is merely an amplifier of talent. If there is no talent to amplify, slop results.
This is why I say AI is inherently fascist. Rather than elevating the unwashed masses to genius, as so many have theorized, it does the opposite- it only enhances the genius that already exists.

You're seeing people struggling to get their heads around how & why AI-generated media counts as art because they misunderstand what "art" even is. "Art" is the marriage of craftmanship and imagination. It's not the presence or absence of AI that results in what people call "slop," it's a lack of creative talent. If you have creative talent, AI is just another tool to leverage. A video like this is the product of a new kind of craftsmanship, done with a new set of tools, and like any tool, it has to be used in a particular way to produce the results you want:

The underlying claim by Clinton is absolutely true. He tried harder than almost anyone to move both sides to a peaceful agreement, but Arafat wasn't interested. The entire Arab world shook their head in disbelief when he walked away from the discussions.

Sometimes games fail and sometimes they succeed. There are "woke" games that have done extremely well. Games typically fail when they're developed poorly or have bad marketing.
