I wonder how much thought goes into these price points, I assume it’s a lot. Which is why I’m surprised just how expensive they are, the decor pack costs more than the epic edition of Midnight? When comparing the value I’d absolutely never buy this decor pack, who would?

@ethan_hallerman That’s what I do. But would also be nice if quest rewards that I can’t trade just auto add to the collection, same goes for other cosmetic collections

@hardwarecanucks I don’t see how a subscription makes sense for Rtings. I and many others, only use the site maybe once or twice per year, so paying monthly for something like that, doesn’t make sense. But also not sure what other monetisation methods they could use either. Tough situation

Man, this paywall hits hard RTings does the best monitor & TV testing around & they deserve everyone's support. Sad to see them going with a subscription model but guess that's what it takes to run something like this in 2026. ☹️

Incredibly sad to confirm the news that Ashes of Creation has shut down. So many hours by so many talented developers down the drain. And another MMO we'll never get. We all saw the writing on the wall when it came to Steam... Just wish the project leads had been more transparent with the community about the situation. Terrible for all involved. 😔
