The thing that irritates me so much about the team is that they LOVE to talk shit when they get a nice win or two. It’s embarrassing. Y’all know you’re underperforming and then tryna gaslight the fanbase about the clear issues we see. The arrogance when they’re mid af is dumb.

@BiasedHouston Gonna be a lot harder to them to do that next year while having to deal with being a repeat luxury tax team. If they were really gonna punt on this season, I don’t see why they committed to paying the tax like this.

I’m in the minority, I’m fine with punting on the year. I maintain there’s so many problems with this roster that there wasn’t one singular trade that saved this sinking ship. That being said, I need some REAL work to be done during the offseason. MAJOR change MUST come.

The worst part about this disaster of a year for me is how it literally felt like Stone and the front office PUNTED on their chances. Out Loud. Directly. Showed no urgency to salvage this year, and Udoka seemingly isn't mitigating anything.

They traded for PHX’s picks purely to trade with them. The fact that they did it & then also had to trade real players anyway is bad.

@DrewJLarson @JamesPiercey11 The Nets have been able to completely bottom out and retool their team because of the help from the Rockets, yes, but they weren’t that good in the first place. The 10th seed in the East currently has 6 more wins than that Nets team did. And 4 more than GS right now (10 in West).

If we’re being really than real deal Holyfield. I don’t think getting Giannis gets us a ring. I don’t think this core gets us a ring, or holding out for better draft luck gets us a ring I don’t think we get a ring. Try again in a decade.

@JamesPiercey11 Yeah I was always fine with rolling the dice there because they were still ass with him and he clearly couldn’t handle the load of being a #1 option for a full year lol. You can bet on a team imploding once. Kinda hard to do it twice like that.

@JamesPiercey11 I’ve simply never understood why they went out of their way to help the Nets like that. I understand you wanted leverage over the field to potentially get KD or Book, but it literally didn’t even require the stuff you got from the Nets to do, so now it just looks like a misfire.
