I've seen no evidence that Anthony was ever OFFERED a plea deal to TAKE.
The DEFENDANT doesn't control the plea negotiation. The PROSECUTOR does. The prosecutor offers a plea, OR NOT.
If no plea is OFFERED, there's nothing to ACCEPT.
On these facts, patent cold-blooded murder, why would a prosecutor EVER offer a plea?
