The University of Texas at Austin will remain closed through Tuesday, Jan. 27. All classes and events on Tuesday are cancelled. All UT Austin facilities in Central Texas will be closed. The University will be open and return to normal operations on Wednesday, Jan. 28. All updates will be posted in real-time to the Longhorn Alert website. The National Weather Service is anticipating ice accumulation beginning early Saturday evening, and we want to ensure the safety of our students, employees and campus guests.
