I went to get routine skin check where u take off your clothes . I was met by a nice enough Dr who was clearly trans . It was awkward not because I’m phobic . Because I had to continue even though I felt confused and uncomfortable. I felt like I could not back out as I could be reported as phobic . It was surprise ! And don’t you dare we have rules in this state. Agggh

Today we attended the Australian Human Rights Commission seminar in Hobart. We will do a proper report soon but something definitely hasn't changed and it's the fact that Anna Cody thinks that CEDAW has an inclusive definition of woman which includes Trans-identified males. I guess she is consistent in her misreading of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women

Very disturbing. Will his colleagues be told he is male? Will his patients? We suspect not, given the Equality Act in NSW makes it illegal to "out' someone's previous "gender identity". This is man who has no respect for women's boundaries.
