I cannot believe that teenaged me thought that my life sucked & that my 20’s would be better. I’m 26 now & I can see so clearly that I peaked in my teens. I miss those years so bad & I grieve for the future I hoped to be living right now ☹️

ALWAYS end up back in the 230’s. I remember how disgusting it felt when I was 19/20 & it was the highest weight I’d ever been & how when I was 17/18 I thought 220 would be my hw…But I also know how bad it felt to be in the 260’s/270’s for so long, so I’m at least reminding

Fucking FINALLY I am back at 235 after going up to 243.6 in February…The 230’s really is my purgatory but I’m happy as fuck to be back & still losing. From like 15-18 years old I maintained around 200-210 & got to 220 briefly & it felt so physically horrible. Then I lost weight

@diafeetus Literally me but mine was not so much a diary as it was a wishlist/plan & it definitely made me have more planned binges. The worst part was when I finally got to eat some some food I’d mentally hyped up & then it wasn’t nearly as satisfying as I’d imagined it would be 😑
