Today we remember David Finkelman, who was crossing Whyte Avenue on Jan. 27, 2014 in the middle of the day when he was killed by a distracted driver. This tragedy was completely preventable.

@LaraPinchbeck @pathsforppl Provincial guidelines require a helmet to be worn when operating an e-bike, and for people under 18 years of age who are riding a bicycle. There are no provincial regulations for helmet use when riding an e-scooter, but the City recommends riders of all ages to wear one.
