Of the 5 Consultant Pathologists there are now only 2 still alive; there are no more board certified Kidney specialists; no board certified Emergency Medicine doctors and the list goes on. So, it’s no surprise from looking at Donald Trump’s cabinet of millionaires and billionaires that America’s middle class is on the menu.
