@Xercise4Less I cancelled my membership the other month but have been told there is arrears on my account all of a sudden how can i check this out?

@AndrewDavison17 @WhichUK @MartinSLewis @CitizensAdvice Ahh right, yes that is correct then. If you have opted to cancel the DD yourself rather than follow our cancellation process that is what happens. If you want to use the gym up to the 19th just give us a call to reinstate it - 01942 914 914

@Xercise4Less @WhichUK @MartinSLewis @CitizensAdvice Unfortunately there is no point as I’ve already been told that because I don’t have an active direct debit I can not continue to use my membership, despite me having paid up till the 19th august.

@Xercise4Less how do I go about changing my home gym?

@Kells_67 We've contacted the gym team and they tell us that the only person refused entry today was someone who had defaulted on their payments and so the membership was suspended pending payment of the overdue amount. If this isn't you, please get in touch with more info 😊 Thanks

@Xercise4Less just tried to get into Dundee gym as a member with someone else on the open day scheme and been rejected - old lady working. Trying to attract new customers and that’s how you get treated.
