Maybe it’s because of my cardiac arrest, but I don’t understand why patients get upset when I say their symptoms are due to aging. 95% of what I diagnose is because we get old. I always bring it up as delicately as possible, but like do you know how lucky you are? I see patients in their 80s and think, “man I hope I get there one day.” So many things in this world can kill you. You’ve beaten the odds. Honestly, congratulations, you’re old.

NB ~ both GP & Libertarians had 1/3rd to 1/4th of total votes in 2020, than in '16.

What determines if an athlete should play in a male or female league? Is it their genitals? Is it their chromosomes? Is it their hormone levels? Is it their own gender identity? All of these things can contradict each other. What happens when genitals don’t match the chromosomes? What happens when hormones don’t match the genitals and chromosomes? You see. It’s simply not black and white. It’s not as easy as everyone makes it out to be, all the time.
