@Ghoulrielle Absolutely not! If anything itโs not enough, especially if youโre doing custom design work on top of the art. Itโs easy to feel like youโre overcharging, but your time and expertise is worth more than that ๐ค

Be honest with me,
I charge about $125 for full custom character design and reference sheets.
They usually take me around 30 hours give or take depending on complexity.
Am I charging too much? Because I worry I am.

Commission prices are out of control. Simple as. 300 bucks for a ref sheet or basic drawing?? Hell no. That's 10 HOURS of my life I would have had to spend to be able to afford that. Actually, it's definitely more than that because the government taxes wages.
