@Netflights On Sunday i booked BA flights through Net flights for August 2024. They were £100 cheaper than direct with BA It took Net flights 28 hours to come back and say the flights are not booked and to confirm them need to pay £600 more. Avoid this company!!

@Netflights The flight I purchased was cancelled. The alternative you have offered flies me into an airport where I will be stranded overnight. You clearly believe this to be an acceptable resolution.

@British_Airways I paid £3883 rtn LDN to Delhi. Out = economy. Rtn = premium economy. Today @Netflights have told me you have sent them a refund of £1453 for the rtn leg which YOU cancelled. How can the rtn leg be £1k cheaper than outgoing leg which was economy? I feel robbed.
