People who know you rarely support you when you’re starting.
That’s one of the reasons I shut down my Facebook account with 7K followers and my TikTok and started again from scratch.
Most of the people there were family and friends.
Imagine telling people close to you that you’re learning a new skill. You start sharing your progress, your thoughts, your practice. Instead of encouragement, they laugh. They joke. They don’t take you seriously.
Fast forward to now.
I share results. I share success stories. Suddenly, those same people are in my messages asking how to do what I’m doing.
And the funny thing is this.
Even if you show them exactly how, many of them still won’t take you seriously.
So if you’ve been scared to put yourself out there, see this as your sign.
Put yourself out there anyway.
Talk about what you’re learning. Share your work. Carry your skill with confidence. Let the right people find you.
Ignore the noise.
Family and friends might not support you at the beginning, but support always shows up when you’re on the right path.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the death of Damilola Balogun on the 1st of January 2026 😢
Damilola was a loving wife, a devoted mother, and the main applicant for her family on skilled worker visa.
Just five months ago, she welcomed her beautiful baby into the world. What should have been a time of joy soon turned into a painful and tragic journey no family should endure.
It all started when Damilola began complaining of severe migraines. She visited Walsall Manor Hospital, where she was treated and discharged. Three days later, she returned with the same symptoms, but no cause was found and she was sent home again. Two weeks later, the headaches persisted, and this time she was admitted. Doctors administered antibiotics and carried out an MRI scan and a lumbar puncture.
The results revealed water on her brain, and Damilola was urgently referred to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, for surgery. The surgery was initially successful, and there was hope.
Tragically, three days later, Damilola went into a coma and was placed on life support. Despite all medical efforts and prayers, it was confirmed that she could not recover. On the morning of 1st January 2026, the life support machine was switched off.
While others were welcoming the first day of a new year in celebration, this family was plunged into unbearable grief.
Damilola leaves behind three children aged 11 years, 10 years, and a 5month old baby, her husband, her mother and grandmother.
Since this ordeal began, her husband has been unable to work, staying by her side throughout hospital admissions and recovery attempts. Their savings have been completely exhausted, and the family is now facing funeral costs and the immense responsibility of raising three children without their mother.
We are humbly asking for your support; no amount is too small. Your donation will help:
•Cover funeral and burial expenses
•Provide immediate support for her children
•Ease the financial burden on the grieving family
Please consider donating and sharing this page. Let us come together to show this family that they are not alone during their darkest moment.
Thank you for your kindness, prayers, and generosity. 🙏

A healthcare worker Allegedly injected a 400-level student (PATIENT) with a substance that knocked her out for hours while she was sick in the hospital & then RAPED her while she was unconscious.
He released semen in her mouth & privates & apparently the girl was still a virgin before he sexually assaulted her.
The case was reported on Agidigbo FM.
When the victim gathered the courage to report the incident at a nearby OPC office, the elderly women she met there didn’t support her.
Instead, they told the girl to “forget about it” and that the man should just pay her hospital bill.
Why do some Nigerian elderly women still excuse RAPIST?
The guy walked around freely for a whole month before the issue was finally taken to Agidigbo FM. Oriyomi Hamzat was very upset about the whole issue.
To make it worse, some of the man’s colleagues even told him to keep quiet in case Oriyomi asked him questions.
He has probably been doing this for a long time or maybe some of them are involved too.
Because why would anyone want to cover up for a man who rapes patients in a hospital? It’s unbelievable.
We need to protect victims.
We need to protect the girl child.
We need to create a system where serious cases like this are not swept under the carpet.

You actually can. Consistent sex with a lot of kissing is the trick. Hormones like oxytocin, dopamine and serotonin released during sex can build love, trust and attachment.

@ogunmusi @oluwafifunmii I actually don’t agree with this though except the nurse has a pin. Most of the jobs posted require one to have a pin and not PRN which is always stated in the job advert.

I googled Archer review’s owner and messaged him on LinkedIn. Told him the dollar equivalent of my Nysc salary and how I couldn’t afford to pay for it.
He replied quickly and gave me the most expensive plan for free. I passed my NCLEX @ 85, using archer as my main study resource.

🚨 Alleged Assault at Aro Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Abeokuta
A consultant doctor, Dr. Majekodunmi, reportedly assaulted a post-basic nursing student.
Instead of the doctor, the student was suspended, just weeks before her final exams. A panel was set up, and academic activities are now on hold.
The SERVICOM unit has withdrawn student nurses from clinicals, and NANNM Ogun is demanding justice.

You need other women. Female friendship isn’t optional. It’s essential. It is resistance and it's refuge. Not just for company, but for survival. For the kind of love that doesn't demand performance or perfection, just presence. In the moments when the world expects you to hold it
