If you lived in a black neighborhood you could see that there are two types of black people. Those who are stereotypes and those who are not.

The police went straight to his house and arrested his 50-year-old mother, Tommy Jo Meyer. A year before the crash, neighbors called the sheriff about the teenager's reckless driving. Deputies sat down with Meyer for 30 minutes, explaining the law and explicitly warning her she would face criminal charges if she kept letting him ride the vehicle. She ignored the warning. Today, the District Attorney indicted her on felony child endangerment. She is now facing six years in a state penitentiary.

Those who are productive and those who are non productive and they are separate. That’s what you don’t see. The sub groups that exist among black people.

My other comment directly addresses this I think there's a difference between macro racism and micro.
When it comes down to one-on-one interactions most people give everyone the benefit of the doubt especially when you work at the same companies live in the same neighborhoods where the socioeconomic status is relative.
But at the same time those people will avoid heavy black neighborhoods because they have more crime and I don't think that's racism I think that's pattern recognition
