@josh_rwall I try to follow the principle of 'de-emphasising body image/shape focus' - not easy with so many cues around in environment and passing comments

💡 Thought of the day: Fitness/cardio equipment that either doesn’t show calories or can be turned off… Particularly in youth settings & especially in female youth settings it’s not a useful metric and can lead to a mistaken focus on the aim of exercise

@RICH_AgilityLab Interesting thread. I haven't done one BUT, I think in S&C you'd choose as much for the staff/lecturers than you would module content or the organisation. Not true of all degrees. Think this bears out in the comments too.

Done an MSc in S&C? What was the BEST part of it? What content or Modules were the most impactful for you? And you staff can also make assumptions on this too please 🙂
