Do NOT buy an @ouraring. #OuraRing #ScamAlert I returned my Oura Ring using the prepaid return label THEY provided, and the tracking confirms it was delivered back to them. Now they are refusing to process my refund and telling me to contact my bank for a chargeback instead.

@ouraring fully charged my ring three days ago. It’s now 50% but only recorded sleep day for the first night. Have had an oura ring for years and this is the first time that’s happened.

@ouraring I’ve had my ring for just over a year. Starting this week, it is not holding a charge. It was unable to update my sleep data two night this week. Can someone run a diagnostic test on it??

Hey @ouraring when buying a $10 sizing kit from Amazon at a.co/d/00VVhiuN it says on the description and on the packaging it comes with $10 credit towards purchasing the oura ring 4 however it does not apply at checkout. Lots of others complaining about it on the oura reviews too! I just completed checkout without it and will simply return the sizing kit for my $10 back. You guys should reach out to Amazon to fix this as potential customers are having to waste time contacting Amazon customer services for credits to be raised.
