After one year the $399 @ouraring (plus monthly subscription) went from an average battery charge of 6 days to just over a day. Are we expected to drop that much every year to have a usable ring??

@ouraring has the worst customer service imaginable. I’ve now been trying to resolve an issue with my account for 4 weeks, and despite multiple conversations with support, the only solution I’ve been offered is to pay more money to fix an issue that wasn’t caused by me.

You know what’s wild.. sending a damaged @ouraring box with a replacement. I’m not surprised but pretty disappointed this is how it came. At this point you might as well give me the five after all this trouble. 😒 I partially blame @FedEx and their drivers for not caring at all.

While I can't confirm whether Oura Ring 5 will perform better for lifting, workout heart rate is currently optimized for running, walking, and cycling. If you let us know what's not working well such as comfort, fit, or heart rate tracking we'd be happy to help. Has anyone noticed a difference with the new @ouraring 5 for workouts? I have to take off my Oura 3 when lifting and it's not perfect.

@bradledwith Thank you for your question 💙 Yes, some members do occasionally reach a 100 sleep score, though it is rare. Sleep Score is based on several contributors so a perfect score means all of those areas were in a very strong range that night.

Anyone else having serious sleep data issues with Oura since the last update they pushed? Doesn’t catch sleep a lot of nights and registers it as a “nap” for like 30 minutes or doesn’t catch it at all @ouraring I’ve had an Oura for like 7 years so no patronizing “it needs to be worn like X” or “have you checked if it’s fitting right” type replies And my @Garmin is catching the sleep totally fine so it’s not like a sickness oriented or sleep disrupted pattern

My @ouraring 4 usually needs to be charged every 4 days. Now, after they release the 5 version, I need to charge every 2 days!! 🤡🤡🤡

Hey there! sorry the available sizes for the Oura Ring 5 don't fit you, in order to achieve the smaller design we had to reorganize the sizing chart for it, but the Oura Ring 4 continues to have sizes from sizes 4–15, it has the same functions and technology that the Oura Ring 5 and will receive the same updates and support. 💙 If you purchased an Oura Ring 5 and the size you got is too small, DM us so we can see what exchange options you have available.

New @ouraring 5 is too small for my fingers. I am sad now.

@ouraring How can I export three months of data to submit to my doctor? The in-app data only shows 30 days, and I don’t see any detailed reports like stress, nighttime heart rate, sleep, or activity. I want the complete sheet. How can I get it?
