Red Meat is a Health Food for all Humans.
Valerie Anne Smith@ValerieAnne1970

Does Meat Cause Cancer?... There's Not A Single Controlled Trial That Proves Even Copious Amounts Of Red Meat Or Processed Meat Causes Cancer. There Is Zero Evidence. None. The Observational Data Proves Nothing & The Research Is Foolishness...It's Like Believing In Santa Claus. Cancer starts as inflammation & red meat is the most anti-inflammatory food on the planet. Foods that cause inflammation are Grains, Gluten, Refined & Excess Sugars, Starchy Carbohydrates, Seed Oils, Alcohol, Junk Food, Processed Food, Chemical Additives, etc. Red meat has been falsely vilified as inflammatory & proven to be THE most ANTI-INFLAMMATORY food. Baylor University Study lead author Dr Alexis Wood states in The American Journal Of Clinical Nutrition in her groundbreaking research on 'investigating if there are any links between red meat intake & markers for inflammation': "The intake of unprocessed and processed red meat (beef, pork or lamb) is not associated with ANY markers of inflammation." This groundbreaking study adds a powerful layer to the case for embracing ancestral eating, standing firm against the conventional push towards a “plant-based diet.” Inflammatory conditions healed by a Ketogenic Carnivore Diet: Autoimmune diseases: Such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, MS & psoriasis Cardiovascular diseases: Such as high blood pressure & heart disease Gastrointestinal diseases: Such as Crohn's disease, inflammatory bowel disease, ulcerative colitis & irritable bowel syndrome Lung diseases: Such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) Mental Illness: Such as schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, bipolar, anorexia & OCD Metabolic diseases: Such as type 2 diabetes, fatty liver, pancreatitis & obesity Neurodegenerative diseases: Such as Alzheimer's & Parkinson's disease Cancer: Damaged mitochondria from chronic inflammation in all organs & malignant tumors 👇Red Meat Does Not Cause Inflammation👇 sciencedirect.com/science/articl… 👇Red Meat Intake Not Linked To Inflammation👇 sciencedirect.com/science/articl… 👇Saturated Animal Fat Is Good For You👇 pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC97… The speakers are my heroes & friends... @doctorkiltz & @KenDBerryMD

Like an electrical circuit, humans have to be grounded to hold a lot of energy. Without grounding, the energy has nowhere to grow, ends up getting bound up in tension, anxiety, adhd, frenetic energy. Human beings are like trees that must be rooted to stand tall. One of the biggest reasons everyone is so anxious, fatigued and depressed today is that we've lost our connection with the earth. Getting barefoot and touching grass is key....But it also goes deeper. Being grounded means feeling secure in your body. It means feeling strength in your feet, connected to your animal nature, your sexuality, your relationships, your home. Getting grounded again is the key to health and happiness.

@hughart_michael Feel free to fact check this through AI and or your own research, you’ll realize a common theme of companies buying what’s cheap not what’s good. They care about shelf life not your life.

MSG is so delicious that it’s used to - Disguise spoiled or low-quality food — used in pet food and cheap meats to mask decomposition. - Accelerates neurodegenerative diseases: mimics mechanisms behind Alzheimer’s, ALS, and Parkinson’s. - Obesity Research: Scientists inject MSG into newborn mice or rats to deliberately destroy their hypothalamus and induce lifelong obesity. - Blindness & Retinal Damage: In high doses, MSG is used to simulate retinal damage, vision loss , and glaucoma. It kills retinal cells through overexcitation. - Not food-safe in pharmaceutical-grade testing : High-purity MSG used in labs has strict handling warnings, despite being chemically similar to what’s added to your chips. Wouldn’t eat the lab version? Then why eat the food version?

Coconut oil absolutely has a place, especially when you're cooking at moderate heat. It's rich in medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), which your body can use directly for energy no need for bile or special enzymes. It’s also heat-stable due to its saturated fat content, meaning it won’t oxidize easily like seed oils do. I use ghee for high heat, coconut oil for moderate heat, and olive oil only at room temperature. Remember: your fats should fuel healing, not inflammation.

@thegarybrecka What about coconut oil? How/where does that fit?

@thegarybrecka The oils you choose reflect your relationship with time - quick energy vs long-term health. Nature's ancient fats contain more wisdom than modern industrial alternatives. 🌱

That is an excellent point! However, Companies rarely make decisions arbitrarily. Every policy, design choice, and marketing strategy is backed by data and psychology, customer well-being can easily become collateral. This is a clear example of how seemingly minor choices, like color schemes are actually calculated tools of influence designed to drive behavior… often at the customer’s expense.

@activbeing @BGatesIsaPyscho They've been using psychology (good and bad!) in advertisement for decades. Remember when they were using illegal subliminal messaging in movie ads (and still try to when they can.) I do find some colors more appetizing than others. Don't paint the walls black where I'm eating!

Visibility isn’t the whole story. If it were, green or white, which are more visible from a distance than red or yellow, would be detrimental to fast food branding. According to the Journal of Experimental Psychology, green is more visible in peripheral vision and associated with calmness and safety, not urgency or hunger. Be careful in mixing up urgency and alertness with visibility.
