@adrian_eth @0xIrisss it also does meet the standard for common law and many contract-based state formation standards. If you add documentation to the ENS metadata, this can become more formalized. Crypto startups should begin like this IMO.

Another 9000 deployed nft contracts till 2020 and even more after that. There are more nft projects in 1 month from 2021 then all years combined. Don't let the cabal make you think that 2021 NFTs are rare, they are not and probably never will be.
