every founder i know running a company of decent size is struggling to find content producers that "get it" i'm building something to hopefully fix this issue it's an application only job platform, specifically for video talent (editors, directors, creators) i'll be making a POINT out of completely rejecting any washed up ad agency execs/grifters/noobs this is revenge for everytime ive tried to hire from linkedin,, or any of these other job sites and gotten swarmed/rugged by absolute larpers if you are a goated creator, dm me and i'd love to have you onboard (brands hmu too to post jobs in here)

aside from this just being a badass clip, i think it's an extremely timely callout for people now being obsessed with an "easier faster route" that doesn't actually exist
sure you can spam AI ugc content but normies are adjusting to AI slop faster than AI can fool normies
or you can use an AI cmo platform but people are increasingly more skeptic of ai replyguys/outbound
or you can get 5 mac minis to post linkedinslop for you but you're fighting a trust recession amongst consumers/viewers
everything always gets priced in
these tools can be helpful, but doing more of what everyone's doing more of will ultimately leave you at the same rank
now's the time to go more manual, handcrafted, and high signal then ever before tbh:
> order your leads a cigar case with their name on it
> shoot your launch video on 35mm film
> make a hand drawn cartoon like porsche did
> get a filmmaker/creative director to run your socials
> actually think things through (manually)

I got invited to an OpenClaw Mastermind today. I drove through one little dirt path, crossed an asphalt road for 10 meters. drove through another little dirt path. I opened the door of a beautiful villa: - An health influencer with 4.1M followers. - A few other huge ones. - A guy who raised $30M with Y Combinator - A few SaaS Founders We talked about OpenClaw for a few hours. This is what I love about living in Bali: a big city vibe in a village.

there’s a huge difference between creators that have an amazing reference bank vs just trying to rip “what’s currently working” on the X timeline
i built a huge a swipe file which includes:

- critically acclaimed movie trailers
- random clips I couldn't look away from
