One of the critical 1:1 sessions I constantly have with myself is about career growth and progress. I am extremely careful around not getting stuck in a loop where I'm not learning anything new or doing soul-refreshing activities anymore. The 2025 calendar is nearly here. Carefully assess your career growth and trajectory and be honest with yourself. Remember, it's not about the external view where people think you are doing well, but rather what you know to be true. You can lie to people, but you can never lie to yourself. So don't assume you are fine based on how others see you. Make sure you are truly fine relative to your own definition that you truly believe in. Peace!
