@GWRHelp don't know if you have a credit/bonus system but the staff on the 10:30 BTM > PADD service today have been so great. Driver announcement super happy and "enjoy your adventure" was a nice touch. The trolley guy was awesome too - even told the loud folks in quiet to shh 🤌🏻

@McDonaldsUK I reckon it's about a 98% chance that McDonald's will forget the sauces in your delivery order. Am I supposed to raw dog nuggs or what? Where is my BBQ and Sweet and Sour?! Every. Single. Time. And there's never a way to complain about missing sauces either.
