@atomberg_tech Ordered 2 Atomberg BLDC fans, but installation is a nightmare! Scheduled twice, no-show both times. Waiting since 15-Mar-2026 for Case Number 05255546. If this is installation, I'm worried about future service.

@atomberg_tech Bought an Atomberg Renesa Smart+ ceiling fan with trust in the brand — but what followed has been nothing short of frustrating. The fan stopped working last year. A technician visited, replaced the PCB, and assured me the issue was resolved. It wasn’t.

@arindam___paul bro wanted to buy @atomberg_tech Water Purifier Sadly, it seems you guys only have one water purifier, which has RO + UF + UF We live in Darjeeling, its a mountain region. Our water has natural minerals. We don't need RO to filter out the natural minerals, we just need UF and UV... Can you guys please do something about it?

I have opted for exchange and there is no response from anyone @atomberg_tech is closing my tickets and @flipkartsupport is asking to reach me out to them utterly disappointed with both @atomberg_tech and @flipkartsupport worst experience.

I have ordered @atomberg_tech water purifier from @flipkartsupport and from the day of installation itself it's not working as expected and output tds is getting 600 to 900 and the tank is also overflow and leaking everywhere, it has been 10 days from installation and no response

@AtombergT @atomberg_tech I purchased a water purifier. It has been improperly installed. The technician had said that if we face issues, he will revisit and fix at no additional cost. He is not picking up calls. Your customer support isn't helping either. Poor experience so far.

We have marked your case as high priority. Once the spare part is delivered to the service center, a revisit will be arranged on the same day to fix the RO issue. We appreciate your patience and are glad to assist you.

@atomberg_tech You have got one of the shittiest aftersales for Waterpurifier. You take 3 days for Technician visit and 10 working days for the product part replacement. Don't rely on these guys. They will dig their own grave soon just like ola Service case 05257584

Case number 05213400 This small plastic pipe was culprit for contamining water of purifier. ur person told, particles of pipe were getting in flowing filtered water due to summer season @arindam___paul u really mean it? if so then it should be used only in Kashmir @atomberg_tech
