Good for Mitch Marner. He proved he couldn't handle the pressure in Toronto. Any success he has in Vegas doesn't take away the fact he had 9 years to produce for the Leafs and failed to do so.

Not sold on EP or Zib but this would be a deep addition, especially with the Swedish connection. But Barrett Hayton sounds more realistic. Plus he’s still young and could add to the Leafs youth movement.

Progress Toronto's previous executive director is Mayor Olivia Chow's Chief of Staff. Progress Toronto is the organization that just submitted an Integrity Commissioner complaint against @BradMBradford, Chow's main political rival. This feels a lot like American style politics.
