@keaitto i do believe in the distinction, but only BECAUSE of Islam. If you removed that, all you are left with is guesswork. Because there are genuinely people who do believe being naked is good, and you opposing them would be evil because of your arbitrary rule on modesty/honour.

@keaitto no, i take that from Scripture. if I didn't believe in Islam, I wouldn't take how women dressed or men dressed. They could walk completely naked and I'd be fine with it.

@keaitto this has nothing to do with choice because indecency laws exist everywhere and the only reason men don't cry about wearing pants is because we don't objectify our body (mostly) for the opposite gender. otherwise there is no distinction.
