Think Jon Wilkin said it on the BBC, and he’s 100% right. Emotion and effort will only get you so far, you need more than just that at the elite level. Emotion and effort should be the minimum in the Test arena. Need execution, skill, speed and athleticism to provide the difference. England were too old, slow and clunky at times yesterday.
