Not recently, no. The betrayal of base usage, the "it's not our war", and the active repression of free speech and British culture, is a much bigger deal here than anyone in Europe comprehends. The US will keep a legalese relationship with Europe, to include the UK, as the new reality that Europe has shown us. We are done trying to protect the world from itself. We will be largely isolationist in a few years, as we have always been, until hubris and great power compelled us to try to keep things together.

Anyone who still claims SW isn't work is dead wrong when they see my tax return lol. Unfortunately I can't really hire anyone to do my bookkeeping for me, but I work with a great accountant already and they require multiple spreadsheets and receipts from me. Setting aside an admin day a month is prudent to avoid chaos like this every year. It's tough balancing self employment Domme work and being a parent along with other life stuff!

I spent 9 hours straight wrapping up the bookkeeping for my taxes... 🤯This is on top of several days of similar hours over the last few weeks. I feel accomplished but I can't leave my bookkeeping to spring time moving forward. At least one bookkeeping/admin day per month for next year.
