@CubejamF1 @JDGyms If ur thinking about running download the couch to 5k app first and do that, you'll be 2 or 3 months doing that. Builds good habits, I been done it few years back and have done cardiff half marathon for the past 2 years now

Thinking of joining @JDGyms in Newport... never set foot in a gym in my life, and only briefly toyed with the idea of running.. so out of shape, but I've heard exercise is good for mental health and to get rid of all the crap making me anxious.
