@JDGyms it has almost been a month since I started paying for the gym. Due to issues with your QR code applicant I have been unable to access the gym. The staff at the gym have been unable to help and I am getting nowhere with customer services. What a joke!

@India2011Champs Day passes are £10 each and can be purchased from the vending machine in the gym during staffed hours. When you arrive at the gym, please just press the green button near the entry gates and a member of staff will come to meet you.💚

@KyStevensPE We have spoken to the maintenance team this morning who have confirmed that no issues have been logged on the system regarding the aircon at Wythenshawe. They will now liaise with the gym team to get them to do a temperature check and if any issues are found this will be 1/2

Spoke to the manager of @JDGyms Wythenshawe today about the awful air con situation. Told 6mths ago all units got put on timers & staff now can't turn them on/off when needed. Cold (winter) we can cope with. Sauna (no joke!) on a warm day we cannot. Sort it out! #JDGym #JDGyms

@JDGyms So we're 20 days further on and the studio is still on a timer set by Head Office (so I'm told) rather than controlled by staff at the gym. It was disgusting up there today - unsurprisingly no one was up there! Thought this was getting sorted @JDGyms ? #JDGyms #JDGym

@JDGyms any way you can install buzzers to give out electric shocks on benches and seated equipment that if the person rests for longer than 30 seconds it shocks them. Just to remind them to get off their phones because someone might be waiting

@CraigSh42517413 Hey Criag, the engineer attended on Wednesday to assess the issue but as the parts required need to be ordered in, they weren't able to fix this on-site. This is due to be fixed towards the end of next week when the parts arrive. 💚

@JDGyms Any update to this? Arrived Thursday morning at 2:30am, door wide open, arrived this morning at 1:30 am and door wide open, yet again, freezing cold inside

@JDGyms My daughter bought my son a years membership for JD gym in Dundee. She bought it in her name though and now they won't allow her to transfer it or won't change the name. A whole years membership!!! She is now in another country and they won't even agree to refund.

@JDGyms @KyStevensPE I have spoke to the gym about this but they said there is nothing that can be done but I’m sure the door can be set to close automatically. Considering moving gym as it’s so awful to work out in a freezing cold gym
