@Lillie123547 Hey! Our memberships require an active direct debit to remain open, so we wouldn't be able to cancel a membership without also cancelling the payment. Did you ever receive an automated email the day you submitted your cancellation request? This can likely be found in your junk 😊

@JDGyms I cancelled a membership 3months ago and I'm still getting payments took out and i  tried contacting you my info and still no reply I want a refund for the past 3 months you've been taking money you've clearly cancelled the account just not the money

@JDGyms I have joined one of your gyms this morning and I never got an email for confirmation and cannot log into the app. However, I have been charged for the subscription. What should I do in order to fix this issue? Thank you.

@Zippa0Z I can see you've also commented over on instagram, you're welcome to pop us your email address and date of birth and we can send this over to the contact centre but if you have not already raised an enquiry on our website, they will not be able to look into this for you. 😊

@JDGyms I’m not sure if it’s just me, but the outside scanner wouldn’t let me in to the gym at Cwmbran this morning. Luckily someone else was coming out and let me in 🤙

@JDGyms hold on. @JDGyms I haven’t even been to the gym once, with the £5 first month, so why is it trying to charge me normally price now? I didn’t even manage to go, since it opened. I want to just been super busy. But not going to pay £29.99 so what’s the deal

@6539X Water and tea tree oil is not permitted in our saunas due to them being electric saunas and any liquids will cause the heating elements to break - these rules are stated outside our saunas. If you wish to cancel, you will need to submit a cancellation form on our website. 😊

@JDGyms I what a refund, you've conned me after a year away to try the new gym. I can't even sauna because appqrelry me not wanting water and Tea Tree oil in an infa red sauna is my opionon. Staff done care so I'll get a refund and go to a gym that does give a shit

@JDGyms still no changing rooms/showers/toilets at #burnley. Rest of park is ok. This happened 6 weeks ago and clearly nothing has been done resolve, whoever’s responsible. Can we have a timeline when this will be resolved? Thanks

@JDGyms Thanks for your reply. What’s frustrating is this has happened before, the finger was pointed at Sainsbury’s, and they clearly haven’t done nothing about it. Last time it took several days to sort out.

@steveatko0 There was an issue with the water supply on the retail park generally, not just our gym. We do apologise for the inconvenience today.

Been to @JDGyms in #Burnley this morning and all the water is off …Again. Can’t even use the changing rooms. Getting a joke this now, might need to look elsewhere 😡

@JDGyms I've been trying to cancel my membership for over a month and am not hearing back from you. I've tried everything. I hear one response then nothing for weeks. You've now taken more of my money and I've not used the gym in months. CANCEL and refund me now please!

@JDGyms Following raising a ticket I was contacted by you on the 22nd June with reference 27211086. I replied on the 30th with the relevant information as I was on holiday.I then emailed again 4 days ago and in the meantime a DD was taken from my account when I have not used your gyms

@jabarian If you could please provide the ticket reference number from that latest email reply, we can check on the status of this request for you 😎

@JDGyms It took 11 days to get a reply then I replied with more information and I have not yet had a reply. It's 15 days later and in the meantime I have been debited another direct debit I wouldn't be messaging here if the traditional route was working. Please fix!
