@JustAnotherPM For a time, UX seemed to be driving consumer interest (personalization, mobile + multi-platform access, etc.). The pendulum swung back to quality of content - which now proliferates across many top tier platforms. Think opportunity is ripe for renewed UX innovations.

How do you measure product-market for a course? For software the classic survey question is “how disappointed would you be if you could no longer use X?” But for cohort-based courses, it doesn’t really apply since it’s not an ongoing thing.
