@cbpuckett48 Completely agree, well said. Would love to see our student sections be at the levels of other top schools. More organized chants, more energy. Part of that has to do with the DJ and during timeouts.

and the perception of our program. Got to figure out more ways to get students involved and at games (which is tougher off campus, I get it). But it’s not like alumni and general fans are showing up in droves either. Winning consistently will help, but I think it’s deeper.

If it’s basically pro sports, then yes. No other pro sports team functions where the coach basically has control over the $ and how much players get. It’s time to go all in!

@ncstatestats Weird, crazy things happen in March. We were lucky and blessed it happened for us and I’ll be forever thankful for it. We’ve seen enough of a sample outside of that 3 week period and this year proved it. No better time to reset now with how many players exhausted eligibility

Going to be a very interesting offseason for Basketball — you are guaranteed to lose 6 guys, but I expect more than 6, and someone on the coaching staff will most likely be the fall guy(s) for the season. Feels like the offseason will be the biggest in a long time for the program

@murphsturph @will_doran I don’t get what’s so hard to figure out. You should NEVER be taxed on gross winnings. It should simply be net profit that is taxed. If you were a net negative gambler then you shouldn’t have to pay taxes on gross winnings but you also shouldn’t be able to deduct losses.

@joshwgoodson While it’s tough to move on from a coach who just led your team to that after so long, it’s honestly a good time to completely start over from scratch with how much of the roster will be out of eligibility and hope that a new coach sparks an increase in donations

@joshwgoodson And I believe that’s where a lot of fans frustrations stem from. If he couldn’t capitalize after that then when will he? If fans weren't donating enough after that then why would they now?
