@AshwiniVaishnaw @IndiaPostOffice @PMOIndia Sir, I am an NRI Scientist from USA facing difficulties in tracking an urgent INDIA POST consignment (EO741865898IN)sent by my parents on 7th Feb containing a very urgent document.INDIA POST server fails to update status after 13th Feb.

@IndiaPostOffice @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia it has been more than 35 days still I am unable to track my consignment. I am really hopeless now and think I am going to loose my important documents. Last update was on 13th Feb in India post site.

@IndiaPostOffice Yes I have seen. But when I am tracking, I don’t see any update since 13th February. How long it will take to reach here?

@IndiaPostOffice But still it’s not updated while I am tracking it in India post website. It’s showing still in Kolkata and last updated on 13th February.

@cdas615 Reply received from concern office that Item is still in transit, as per tracking the bag containing the item is still lying at transit office(Germany) and awaiting further dispatch from their end.We will provide and update once we received it.
