That could also be because they expected a walkover after decapitation

Remember that no single data source can be trusted during times of war.
Israel/UAE/US have a vested interest in reporting a lower than actual number of strikes.
Iran has a vested interest in the opposite.
Always consider the incentives of the source being used.
