@OffshoreGamer @GutterdogUK @clanforge Yep. They claim they announced it back in January, but I found no evidence of that via email etc. Just one received the day they closed it (28th Feb) saying it'd be closed as of midnight that night.

So apparently @clanforge doesn't host TS servers anymore and just shut them down on Friday with no notice, i have paid for the next 254 days but nope its gone. Backk to discord for a while then guys :(

@GutterdogUK As of 28/02/2019 we have stopped hosting servers for the public. For more information on how this affects you please send a ticket into our support team using our support portal: support.multiplay.co.uk.

@clanforge I can't seen to purchase any server? The choose game box doesn't list any games..

@DaShadowknight we are already investigating this issue, we should have it resolved and back online soon.

@ElectiMedia your server should have been set up just after you were informed of the issue, if you have any other issues please raise a ticket through our support channel

@clanforge Ive sent in a support ticket about it, but my teamspeak server has been removed from my account. Its the same thing as the inncident that happened a few months ago that was auto setting peoples accounts to expire early

@JakeOtherAcc okay, that is very strange behaviour. I have raised this to our network engineer to investigate tomorrow when he gets in, as this appears to have abated for our other users at the moment. Once we have an update we will let you know

@clanforge No my computer is still not connecting to the sites. I'm currently using a different computer to access it as i'm in a different building now.

@clanforge I'm not able to submit a support ticket. your site is timing out for me.

@JakeOtherAcc if you can connect to the website then this would indicate that the issue has been resolved, can you confirm whether you are having any other issues?

@clanforge Okay we seem to have a stable connection for now, did you say you'll fix my IP?

@JakeOtherAcc can you confirm your current IP address, and I will investigate this issue for you? You can find this by googling "What is my IP" but it would be prudent to restart your device or router once we have investigated this

@clanforge I'm not currently able to test if i can connect to the server right now. But i still can't connect to any of the websites. I.e. multiplay clanforge or support multiplay. Same error as before

@ZooD3 we recently had to make a small routing change in our London DC, which caused a temporary disconnect for some users, primarily people using voice comms. These should be resolving themselves automatically as we speak, but if it is still an issue in 10 minutes get in touch

Seems to be a problem for some users connecting to your servers @clanforge ?

@anTastico84 we just had to make a small change to our routing in our London Datacentre that appears to have caused temporary disconnections for some users. I can see your server has players connected, if the issue persists after 10 minutes, please let me know - CJT

@clanforge @JakeOtherAcc I am also having this issue. My friends are on my Vent server, I can't connect and the site doesn't work - MH149114

@clanforge When will your servers be back up? been trying to play for a while now and just can't get on. 😞
