@vauxhall I opened a call with your customer care team 7 days ago and till no call back despite being told they have to contact me within 3 to 5 working days. I have called twice to which I've been told someone will call me back and still nothing.

@virginmedia Hiya it's still down and keep getting messages from virgin saying they are trying to rectify this is the second day now where we have been having issues , unable to work and got 2 kids who are not happy!!!

@tomato_energy totally disappointed in aftercare we recently had solar panels 1. Not fitted to survey 2. Scaffold not put up to plan 3. No bird netting which we were promised at survey 4. Being woken up by birds every morning 5. Poor customer care follow up

@virginmedia I want to speak to a person, I'm having issues with my BB and I was running BT and half the speed and getting better results. You automated customer help is terrible it just gets people even more frustrated. Give me a number to ring to actually speak someone !!

@virginmedia Have you read my complaint , I contacted you saying when I go through to the number you suggested it runs tests and cuts off !! And the best you can do is ask me what colour my light is and then give me the same number to ring !!! There is no point in even contacting you !!

@virginmedia It looks orange I wouldn't say its yellow, just to make sure I've completed the actions detailed. Still orange , I can get online the problem is Internet drops out at random times & kicks me out of meetings when upstairs. I need a booster , which is what I asked for months ago.
