@danallington @JagexSupport @OldSchoolRS Hi Daniel. The 'from' address on an email is easy to fake, so never rely on that to judge the authenticity of an email. Does the email have a 'cancel' option? If so, it is definitely a fake email NOT sent by Jagex. Jagex emails do not have a 'Cancel' option. 1/2
