@KingswaySurgery hi. Saw a note in Sonichem regarding medication reviews. Do I now have to wait for you to email a form to complete it or do I do as before and print it out complete it and drop it into reception. Sorry cannot find anything on the website regarding this.

@superdrug can’t make health clinic appointments on the web. There is not title eg Mrs, to select so you can’t move past the page.

@KingswaySurgery when you get into rapid health it says the service is off.

@KingswaySurgery I am sure people miss appointments but I had to rearrange a nurse appointment for a later date, which I did attend. Then I got a text about missing the first appointment. No reminder was sent for this one as I would have rang up and said is should have been cancelled.

We have previously mentioned about a high volume of appointment non-attendances at the practice recently. In October, there were 133 missed appointments for the Nursing Team and 99 missed appointments for the GP and ANP Teams.

@debd150 There are some clinics on the 24th and 25th October. Should you like an appointment for one of these clinics, please contact the surgery.

@KingswaySurgery could I make a suggestion that for under 65 vaccinations you don’t put all the clinics in the half term week. Thanks.

@KingswaySurgery I appreciate there are a number of clinics, I’ve had to miss some because of being unwell. But you have some on the 15, 19, and 21st all half term week, and as we are going on holiday that’s means they are all out. Hopefully there will be some later than this.

@debd150 Thank you for your suggestion. The clinics are arranged around the nursing schedules and therefore while there may be some clinics in the half term week, there will still be more in the surrounding timeframes. Please contact us if you would like to discuss an under 65 appointment

@KingswaySurgery hi. My husband is trying to book an online appointment on the NHS app but it says GP appointment booking is unavailable. However they are available on my NHS app. Any ideas why it’s not working for him? Thanks. Debra.

@sainsburys as a delivery pass holder the only way I can tell you I am classed as vulnerable is on the phone, but its impossible to get through.

@sainsburys glad you've changed nhs times. Are vulnerable people included with the elderly? And if so would your stores check this? Eg diabetics may not require medication but are high risk.

@sainsburys surely NHS staff etc need to be kept away from vulnerable people. Wouldn't separate days be a better idea?

@HSBC_UK cannot do any transfers online. Just keeps going in some loop and hangs. Had to give up. Your website says everything is fine.
