My 86 yr old mum lost a necklace, last gift my father gave her. She is so sad about it & rang @nextofficial at Holmbush, Sx, who was very helpful, after being taken to Holmbush & @marksandspencer, who were v unhelpful saying had to go in but she can’t. Pl help your ex employee!

Some advice, never order any home curtains or blinds from @nextofficial ; delays, blatant lies regarding ‘in stock’ items, shocking communication, terrible supply chain management, no continuity in customer responses, deletion of reviews because they are negative, the worst ..
