@nextofficial absolute awful customer service from yourselves. Delivery was meant to arrive at your Nugent store Monday at 1pm and I’ve heard nothing. Chased customer services FIVE times and now the present is so late it’s missed my nieces birthday. I am also severely disabled!!!
