My *guess* at possible SF pairings based on minimising the no. of repeat fixtures. Two repeats which appear possible to avoid in all cases: Galway v Armagh & Kerry v Meath. Galway v Kerry also could not happen. Tyrone/Donegal would likely to avoid each other but still possible.
