@derek_bails I was just looking it up because they look so much alike. The long-tailed tit is found from Europe through Asia. The bushtit is the only species in this family that is found in North America

@aHeartSoFull So LTTs are known as the ‘vanguard’ birds. They appear in numbers when the coast is clear- I.e. no predators to be afraid of. When the LTTs are happy to feed and socialise- lots of other small birds will also arrive and feel safe!

@derek_bails We get the Bush Tit's. They are so small and they squeak like mice. LOL.
