If "The limits of my language are the limits of my world" were true we would have no music, art, dance; no sensuous, ineffable experiences that are purely physical let alone powerfully emotional or transcendental. Wittgenstein may have been speaking of his own repressed personality / perspective; or he may have been speaking speculatively. but his (famous/rarely questioned) statement per se is not demonstrable & not true.
