Afghanistan’s ban on girls’ education isn’t just a human rights violation — it’s national self-destruction. A new UNICEF report lays out the cost: 20,000+ teachers and 5,000+ female health workers gone by 2030. Over two million girls locked out of classrooms. A generation of potential, deliberately erased. A country that bars half its population from learning cannot build, cannot heal, cannot govern itself. The result is guaranteed dependency — on foreign aid, foreign expertise, foreign goodwill. 🚨Schools have reopened across Afghanistan for boys at all levels, but girls remain banned from attending school beyond grade 6 and from universities for the fifth year.💔 In case you were wondering: the Taliban leaders send their daughters to fancy schools in Qatar and Pakistan. “Just for the record do your two daughters go to school? Head of Taliban Office in Qatar - Of course they do. This sums it all up. For their own daughters nothing is forbidden while for poor girls living in Afghanistan everything is forbidden.

In Afghanistan and Pakistan, the segregation of women is so extreme that they had to invent bacha bazi, a practice where boys dance for older men, under the belief that sexual contact with young males is more moral.

Taliban’s barbarism knows no bounds. An 80-year-old man “marrying” a 16-year-old girl is not culture or tradition it is a crime, exploitation, and child rape. Forcing a child into a life she never chose, stripping her of autonomy before she even understands what consent means, is pure evil. This is not Islam. This is Taliban savagery.

بر اساس گزارش تازهٔ صندوق کودکان ملل متحد @UNICEF، در اثر ممنوعیت آموزش دختران، #افغانستان تا سال ۲۰۳۰ با کمبود بیش از بیست‌هزار معلم و بیش از پنج‌هزار کارمند صحی زن مواجه میشود و تعداد دختران محروم از تعلیم به بیش از دو میلیون بالغ میگردد. با اظهار نگرانی عمیق از این بابت، خاطرنشان مینمایم که دوام ممنوعیت آموزش و بسته بودن درب مکاتب و پوهنتونها به روی دختران، باعث تضعیف توانایی ملی، احتیاج شدید و وابستگی افغانستان به خارج خواهد شد. ضمن اینکه آموزش همگانی را حیاتی میدانم، بار دیگر تاکید میکنم که باید هرچه زودتر درب مکاتب و پوهنتونها به روی دختران گشوده و با فراهم شدن زمینهٔ تعلیم و تحصیل برای جوانان، اعم از دختر و پسر، مشکلات و احتیاجات کشور با دست توانای فرزندان آن حل و مرتفع گردد و افغانستان از احتیاج بیرونی رهایی یابد. @UN

Hoy en Washington, junto a Juan Pablo Guanipa, un venezolano valiente que enfrentó al régimen de Nicolás Maduro y pasó más de ocho meses preso, simplemente por decir la verdad.
