@OregonMapGuy This may look goofy but it's just because they only have one seat in parliament. So PR effectively becomes a one-round FPTP vote and only two candidates run.
This combined with very strong Swiss incumbency advantage (basically guaranteed unanimous reelection) explains everything.

@Hanasaku_Yuri And I'm not even much of a language learner! Just a regular Swiss guy with some Dutch family and a little more exposure to French than the average German Swiss. And I get five-ish languages just off that! Kind of crazy.

So four or five depending on if you count Swiss German separately (which, considering Swiss diglossia and the lack of full mutual intelligibility with standard german maybe you should?)
