Hate to say it but this ignores Farrell's failure to dictate every time England were on the back foot. They could do with his fierce commitment but the negatives outweigh positives.....

He would need Irish parents or grandparents, which he does not have (great grandparent, yes, but that is outside the criteria).
You cannot switch based on residence as that is only for players never capped by anyone.
